Items are from a STORE INVENTORY and listed from the most current Harley-Davidson Parts Catalog. We can order any and all Genuine Harley Parts & MotorClothes at any time which allows us the ability have a multiple quantity in our listing. This eBay Quantity number is in no way accurate to the daily fluctuating dealership inventory numbers. It is firmly noted to please contact us prior to purchase for item availability. We allow 7 - 10 Business days for non stock items to be shipped.

Item shipping cost is based upon item weight and buyer's location, unless otherwise noted within the listing. We currently ship to the US and Canada. We currently do not ship overseas. Carriers we use are: USPS & UPS. We combine shipping for multiple purchases.

All sales are final after purchase of Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories. Refunds are only issued for back ordered or obsolete items, in the event an item needs to be ordered due to an in-store purchase. If a wrong part is sent other than the one purchased within the listing, a call tag will be mailed for it's return and initial the shipping charge will be refunded to your PayPal account for the inconvenience.

Due to high volumes of purchases, we no longer communicate or take payment over the phone. This helps us ensure each customer is being dealt with in a fair manner. We document all emails or messages. This makes it easier to refer back to them if necessary in regards to an item purchased.
