HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE SPOKE SET WAS SENT TO ME WITH FOUR INCORRECT NIPPLES.SELLER SAID TO SEND THE INCORRECT NIPPLES BACK, AND HE WOULD SEND SOME REPLACEMENTS. I SENT THE INCORRECT ONES BACK. TRACKING SHOWED DELIVERY. SELLER NEVER SENT THE REPLACEMENTS.WOULD NOT RESPOND TO SEVERAL MESSAGES. STARTED A RETURN ITEN CASE WITH EBAY.I WAS GIVEN A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL BY EBAY. SELLER REFUSED THE PACKAGE AND HAD IT RETURNED TO ME.

All the seller had to do was send four replacement spoke nipples, like he said he would. He didn't have to lie to me about fixing this small problem. Instead, he chose to. ignore my messages . THEN, when I was given a return item label,he REFUSED the package, and had it returned to me. KInd of had me wondering what I had ever done to be treated so badly. He thinks he hurt my feelings by blocking me. Well, I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN from this lying seller.
