My business has undergone many changes, always, however, under one name - W.A. Haynes and Associates. It was first a Construction and Remodeling company, then a Manufacturing company, a Computer Software company, Consulting firm, Computer Forensics Software and Training company, and finally, an Internet Retailer also doing business under the name Thinking Outside The Box^2 (read the ^2 as a superscript 2, meaning squared or to the second power, as in algebra).

We ship to the United States and Canada. Our preferred carrier is USPS. We also use UPS and Fed-X.

Some of our products are not returnable. For those that are, an RMA number must be obtained by emailing customerservice@toteb2.com, within seven days. Return shipment must be made within 3 days of receipt of the RMA number. The customer pays all return shipping costs. Product must be in New Condition (or if a used or refurbished item, in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to the customer), must be returned in the original, undamaged factory packaging (if any), and with all accessories, manuals, and other literature or peripheral items originally shipped with it. Upon receipt, and confirmation that the item is as it was when originally shipped, and all items are accounted for, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IDENTIFIED BY AN RMA NUMBER. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PACKAGE, AND ON A DOCUMENT WHICH MUST ACCOMPANY THE ITEM, EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
