My name is Dolly Headley, Owner/Director of Fine Art Galleria, a wholly owned subsidiary of Headley Fine Art, LLC.

Paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, and prints of all mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink, bronze, wood, clay, etching, engraving, mezzotint, aquatint, and mixed media. Artists include Modern Masters Picasso, Chagall, Renoir, Braque, Rouault, Van Gogh, Miro, Giacometti, Carzou and Modigliani. Contemporary art from Bill Mack and other accomplished artists.

I consider every person who acquires art from me as a collector client, as I believe that buying art on EBay does not have to be impersonal. I strive to make each art acquisition a pleasant experience for the collector with the same, (hopefully even better), level of personalized customer service as a retail gallery. If you are a client, please feel free to email me with any information you have or need on a particular piece of art. I may be able to assist you with your future acquisitions or current inventory. I list the art with the best information I have available through existing provenance, my personal art research library, and online research tools. I will often contact the artist, (or if deceased their representatives), for more information on an art piece. I make every effort to describe the art condition and medium thoroughly and correctly. However, if the art does not live up to your expectations I offer a full refund of your purchase amount.

Payment must be made using PayPal per eBay rules. Payment is expected within 7 days close of auction. International bidders please contact me for shipping.

Shipping and Packaging of Fine Art Framed and/or stretched canvas art packaging materials may include bubble wrap; styrofoam peanuts; art shipping box; and tape. Unframed paper art is shipped either flat or carefully rolled and shipped in a tube. I use USPS Priority when within the size limit. Larger shipments will be by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Please consider that the cost for shipping fine art is inherently higher than most other products purchased on eBay. Once your art is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information from USPS, PayPal, or UPS, whichever applies. Please retain the notifying email as you will need the tracking number if you wish to check on its progress. International Buyers: Please contact me prior to bidding for shipping cost to your country. Please give me your full address (city, providence, township, country, etc.)

If the art does not live up to your expectations I offer a full refund of your purchase amount. Refund requests should be submitted to me no later than 7 days post arrival of the art. Every effort should be made to return ship in the original packaging. I do not usually reimburse shipping charges and I do not guarantee the condition of framing.

All art in Fine Art Galleria is priced based on the art alone, without framing. If there is a frame listed with the art, it is considered free and may be removed prior to shipping. In most instances the removal of the frame will result in reduced shipping costs. I do not guarantee condition of framing or matting of the art. Any description I give may be cursory and not inclusive of the condition of the frame or framing material. Art shipped framed with glass is carefully packaged, but may not survive rough handling by the shipping company used, and therefore may arrive broken. I do not replace or refund money based on broken glass. Some framed art is not available for frame removal so please contact me prior to purchase.
