We use FedEX to ship our orders. We ship via FedEx Ground for $7.95 and FedEX Express for $15.95. We don’t have any overnight shipping options at this time. FedEX Ground usually takes between 5-7 business days to arrive and FedEX Express is usually 3-5 business days. I ship most orders paid for before 10:00am Monday through Friday on the same day. I’ll email you the tracking number for your order on the next business day so that you have that information. Please let us know if you are wondering where your package is. You may have noticed that on most listings you can add as many of the same item for only $2 each for FedEX Ground shipping and $4 each for FedEx Express shipping. The headset systems you purchase with us are listed as brand new only if the box has never been opened and the item has never been used. If you purchase an opened-box unit with us, it has been tested and has been deemed fully-functional. The headset brands that we carry are the most trustworthy and any issues that may arise on rare occasion can be corrected quickly with quick resets to the system. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, simply ship your items back to the address below within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. We offer a one year replacement from the time of purchase on defective products and any headset system that troubleshooting cannot fix will be replaced as soon as we receive the system back in our address, which is listed below.
