The product was excellent and exactly as advertised. The only complaints are with the time to get the item shipped and no communication regarding the delay. It was 4 days before a tracking number was even created even though the seller claims shipping within 2 days. It then took 5 more days to arrive despite being USPS priority. When ordering something like baby formula, time is very important. Thankfully, we ordered in advance. However, we weren't that far from running out!
