I accept PayPal and money orders / cashiers checks. I ask that auctions are paid for within 7 days of auctions close, but I know that sometimes there might be another auction you are interested in or sometimes things just happen , just email me and let me know so I know what is going on.
Shipping information
I ship items the day after I receive payment unless I receive payment before 11 a.m. then it gets shipped that day. I ship everyday except Wed. and Sun. But you needed an item quickly I would ship on Wed. On combined shipping please email me for a quote or just let me know that you want combined shipping then I will send 1 invoice with the combined shipping. I will always try my best to be fair with shipping cost. I know shipping cost is very important to buyers, I try to make shipping as low as possible, but it cost money to buy shipping supplies like bubble wrap, tape, etc... Plus the cost of gas going to a post office to mail them. The good thing is the shipping charges are shown to you before you bid, if it is to high or a issue for you then please don't bid.
Return policy
I really don't offer a return policy most stuff is sold as is, but if someone received an item from me and thought that I made a mistake in the listing description. I would let them return the item for a refund minus the shipping cost, happily. I want everyone to have a good buying experience from me. Please if you have a question about an item then email me before you bid.
Items with a damaged box
I sell many items that have a damaged box. Most of these items are store close - outs, unwanted gifts, returns or the store stopped carry these specific item. If the box is damaged then I make sure I put that in the description. Every single item that has a damaged box I check to make sure it works and has no defects. However, I am human and there is always a chance of something slipping by me. If that case arises PLEASE email me and give me the opportunity to fix the mistake. If you have questions I am always available to answer them I try to answer questions within 12 hours of receiving them, most of the time quicker than that.
