All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I am the original Packrat, with a capital P. Sanford & Son ain't got nuthin' on me. I just love stuff. I see beauty in what other people would throw away. I love items that have a past, a history. I like things that stand the test of time.

I am a daydreamer.
I dream of a world where everyone helps everyone else out. If someone is a little short and can't make the rent or the electric, I would like to see a sharing community much like the Cherokee Indians (and some other cultures) practice. No one goes without or is unduly pressed by hard times. After all, we can't take it with us when we go.
I feel there are too many people who only have the me mentality. There is plenty of money out there and there should be no reason for anyone to be in dire straits if people would stop being afraid of giving (I won't have enough left for my family) and hoarding and holding back. The more we give away and help others, the more will come back to us.
It has been said that over $86 billion dollars circles the globe every 2 minutes through ebay alone. This will only continue to increase. Folks, that should convince you there is enough to go around. Remember, a rising tide lifts all boats. Help lift up someone; lift yourself too.
Business InformationHistory/background
We started out in 2004 trying to sell handmade wooden furniture, toys and clocks. As you can well imagine from our name, these were items we hoped would become family heirlooms and be passed down generation to generation. They naturally were more expensive because of the quality and labor intensiveness. We still feel there is a market out there for this, however, we were unsuccessful in locating these buyers. So due to cash flow reasons after 3 years it was necessary to start branching out and looking for other avenues to make a profit. Currently we are lloking for good quality items that we can resell and give our buyers a good price and value while also managing to make a little for our business. We do not expect to get rich quick on the internet. We just want to be able to help other people and to pay our bills. We particularly like the feeling of community on the internet. The world is indeed getting smaller everyday.
Payment policy
Currently I am accepting Paypal, as I am so new to this, I hope to learn enough quickly to be able to offer other payment options soon. We are working on getting a web site up and to be able to take credit cards. Also I probably can start listing money orders and cashier's checks, in the near future. If a person wishes to pay us by personal check, they can always email me and ask. Although I am not sure, once you have listed an item on ebay with certain payment terms, whether these can be changed after the item is already listed. I am on a big learning curve. I will appreciate any tips or help other ebayers can give me!
Shipping information
I am still learning about this also. Probably most of my items will go priority mail or UPS or DHL.
Return policy
I will try to state this separately on each of my auctions on a case by case basis. A lot of it will depend on the item we are selling, and, if it is from a drop shipper, on their return policy as well.
