Located in Northwest Wisconsin, AntonGear Music was formed in 2004 by owner Michael Herbert, a musician of 25+ years, as a used internet music store. In May of 2005, AntonGear began an expansion into new musical gear with a store front. We are authorized dealers for several lines of musical instruments & accessories, P.A., pro audio, and recording equipment. AntonGear Music ships world wide. Most packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Some products which are special ordered or customized may take longer. If an item offers free or discounted shipping an appropriate deduction will be taken for the actual shipping cost. Special orders, customized products, & most USA custom guitars may impose a restocking fee. Products which are returned & are not received in original condition or packaging, are damaged, or contain missing pieces, are subject to restocking fees and/or partial refunds. Custom orders will require a down payment of which not all is refundable if canceled. Custom ordered merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee along with the buyer being responsible for all shipping & insurance charges to and from AntonGear Music. Custom built merchandise, such as guitars for example; will require payment in full. If canceled or returned for any reason buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping & insurance charges to and from AntonGear Music. Please ask all questions before purchasing.
