Payment is expected within 72 hrs of auction's end, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. I accept Paypal only, as per EBAY's rules.

I will ship out all items within 48 hrs of cleared payment (excluding holidays and Sundays). Please note: While I ship the items out promptly, this does not guarantee that the postal service will deliver them as promptly. Please do not hold the USPS delays against sellers! I always notify my buyer of when the item is shipped and I provide delivery confirmation at no additional cost. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will always combine shipping charges for multiple wins/purchases. Please contact me to let me know that you are still bidding and I will send a combined shipping invoice when you are finished. I do not inflate shipping charges, however, I do charge a very nominal fee (usually about 50 cents-75 cents per pkg) for supplies. I do charge $1 additional to ship to Canada, as fees are higher and I can not mail from home--I must go to the PO to mail these pkgs and fill out customs forms. If you do not agree with this, please do not bid.

I will gladly accept refunds if I am notified by the buyer within 72 hrs of receipt of their item that there is a problem. I do not refund shipping costs, however. I will not issue a refund unless there is a legitimate problem or an oversite on my part. I am always more than willing to work with my buyers to solve any problem that arrises.
