Hippo Variety was started in June of 2000. We were first located in at St. Marys in a rented office space above a friends business. No elevator or forklift made moving merchandise interesting. About 2 years later we needed more space and relocated to Belvue, KS where we found a suitable warehouse which is our present location.

Paypal is preferred, but we can also process MasterCard, Visa, or Discover payments over the phone for you. 785-456-2430 Money orders and cashiers check are also welcome. If you choose to pay with a personal check or Company check it will delay shipment since we will need to wait 5 business days for the check to clear form the time it arrives here.

We ship smaller items via USPS Priority Mail, and the larger ones via UPS Ground. If you need expedite shipping please give us a call 785-456-2430 and we will be glad to get you a quote for Overnight shipping or 2nd Day Air.

Returns may only be made withing 10 days of receipt of product and you must contact us before returning an item for authorization. When an item is returned shipping is non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee is charged.

If you purchase multiple items that can be packaged together and shipped at the same time, the first item is charged full shipping, and then we will take 50% off of each item after that. Larger items that cannot be packaged together are not eligible for combined shipping. Note:You will need to drop us a note in email or give us a call for combined shipping since it is not automatically calculated.
