My ebay business is merely a hobby and a way to trade things that my family doesn't need anymore for things that we do.

I prefer Paypal but I will accept money orders. I have on rare ocassions accepted personal checks but I don't like to because I don't ddrive and it's hard for me to get to the bank. Payments are due within 7 business days unless previous arrangements are made.

I try very hard to ship my items within 2 business days of cleared payment. I do have three children so ocassionally something may happen to delay it another day. I will contact you if for some reason this happens. I prefer to ship my items USPS either Priority Mail or First Class (depending on weight). That's because it gets to you faster. Media Mail for books. If you prefer to have your items shipped at a lower cost via Parcel Post, I will, but be aware that Parcel Post take 3-9 BUSINESS days for delivery. I have shipped internationally to Canada, Australia and Spain but I'm willing to calculate shipping for any international bidders. I use ebay's calculated shipping to give you the best price. For international bidders, I calculate shipping on the USPS website. It is very accurate. I only asess a handling fee on First class packages and that is only for the EXACT cost of packing supplies and delivery confirmation. this will be reflected in the cost you see.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything that is fair to resolve your issues. I am only human and I do make mistakes. You pay the highest shipping cost + $0.25 for each additional audiobook or DVD. All other items and mixed shipments are combined by weight. First Class up to 14 oz. and Priority Mail over 14 oz.
