A return will be accepted and a refund will be provided if item/items were not received as described on Ebay listing. A refund will be issued when the item is re-listed and re-purchased. Please include a letter with regard to the discrepency when returning the item. In addition, an item will be refunded if the item/items were destroyed in route. If this occurs, please document the damage with a camera, a written statement and return to me as soon as possible. A refund will then be issued after I have reviewed the written documentation required. This time-line should allow for a refund to be issued no later than 30 days after receipt of the documentation.
