eBay My World: hobocircus( 2084)

I've sold on eBay since 1999. I continue to search for things to sell wherever I happen to be. I've even found stuff while on vacation. I can usually spot a good item that has ebay potential. The 'radar' is on all the time :-)

Almost anything, I really don't have a category. I am a good judge of what will and what is probably a waste of time to put on eBay.

Food, drink, entertainment items.

Gold Ingots, Silver Bars, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. Blah, I hate herbs!

Contrary to eBay policy and beliefs. I am a avid recreational shooter and member of the National Rifle Association. I collect WW2 rifles and various items, but my interest can vary according to my mood. I am not sure why they are so anti-gun, but as a 'guest' here on eBay, I guess I better not make any waves. When a firearm related item is listed on eBay, it is scrutinized and could be delayed for several hours before it gets the OK to be listed. I've actually lost over 6 hours in listing time because of this. Seem all firearm related items that is sold on eBay has to be listed in some kind of 'hunting' category. I guess they feel hunting is the only legitimate purpose to use firearms. Sad really, but you can't fight city hall.

I like all kinds, but it has to interest me in some way. Strange that I do collect certain books and hardly ever finish them from cover to cover. Weird....

Whether it's at the swap meet, grocery store, discount store, yard sale or even on vacation. I am always looking for that 'item' I can put on eBay. It's fun for me and I make some extra money to spend. I am happy to have found items that others will enjoy. Sometimes I sell things that people have been looking for, for a looong time. It's rewarding when I can get that elusive item to them.

I've sold on eBay since May of 1999. The first item I ever sold was a vintage Detroit Tigers Baseball Pennant That I bought at a thrift store for 10 cents (I made a good return on my investment). It's been fun ever since, although not as fun as it was.

I charge what the post office or UPS charges. I am not going to charge $30 to ship a feather to you like TOO MANY are doing right now. That is just CROOKED and I wouldn't bid on their stuff if that is how they work.

If I did something wrong, I will get it right.
