I am mother and a licensed massage therapist. To make extra money to support my own shopping addictions I sell clothes on Ebay. Mostly I sell what we don't wear anymore, but occasionally find things in thrift stores or department stores on sale.

Paypal and Money Orders. Please have Money Orders to me within 7 days of auctions end. Please get a Delivery Confirmation to protect yourself. If the payment doesn't show then we need to be able to track the package. I can not ship an item that hasn't been paid for.

I try to mail using Priority because it is the fasted. I only use Flat Rate boxes and envelopes because I have no way of weighing items at home. This way I can print labels via Paypal and all the tracking info is kept by them. For items that are too big for the largest flat rate box I will ship Parcel Post. It's cheaper. I will get a Delivery Confirmation from Postal Office so we have a tracking number on file. If a package does not make it to you (in the U.S. only) after 30 business days and it cannot be tracked I will refund your money.

There will be no returns on items just because you did not like it after all, it didn't fit you, or you changed your mind, etc. I will honor returns if I misrepresented the item in any way. I am not a professional, so I may overlook details. I will honor returns if the item shows up with stains or odors that I overlooked. The money will ONLY be refunded after I receive the item back. You MUST get a Delvery Confirmation. You must be able to track your package if it becomes lost in the mail. In order for me to offer you a partial refund for lost items you have returned to me I will need proof that you did indeed ship the package.

This has been my first awful experience on Ebay. She bought a dress from me. Then she sent me a message saying there was a missing piece. She said I misrepresented the item on purpose and I needed to refund the money fro dress and shipping both ways! A missing piece? Refund for shipping both ways? What business does that? I bought the dress used as it was. The person that listed it said it was in great shape. When I listed the dress I made sure there were up close pictures. She never asked questions. I said I would return her money if she sent the dress back. Well, I haven't received a dress in the mail yet. Then I see a negative feedback and she's filed a claim with Paypal. Since she did not have proof of shipment and she didn't even respond to Paypal's requests I did not have to refund money I never received the package The lesson from this is a return policy and that there are cruel people everywhere even on Ebay.
