My item arrived damaged. I can't use one of my gates. It is hard to open. I asked the seller to me a replacement gate. They can't. They offered me $15, then $20, which is there current selling price. �� After a week or so, I can see they are not interested in being fair nor fixing my problem. I would not recommend this seller and would never buy from them again.

As described and shipped quickly but because of being sent in an envelope with no padding, it was damaged in shipment. They were quick to respond and offered to either send me another or issue a refund. I chose to have a replacement sent and specifically asked them to either send in a padded mailer or wrap in bubble wrap - neither of which they did! Great customer service but lousy packing!
