The product description for the cat calming cats collars says SENTRY - they are not. They don't smell the same as Sentry. Customer service was good - Shipping status was not updated, tracking info vaguely indicated a different country of origin. I contacted the seller. Their response was positive & prompt, saying I should receive it quickly, and I did the next day (7 days total). Oddly, it came in an Amazon package with an Amazon slip. Bottom line: sketchy, not sure if they're safe for my cats.

No problem with seller. Some errors with tracking, and saying the package arrived, but that was all on USPS saying it was delivered when it didn't show up for 3 more days.
