Tried and true
1 of 1 found this helpful I read this book as soon as I got it. Such a small booklet packed with so much information. I have read other books that give sniplets of info and not a full plan. The food list in this book alone is worth the price i paid for the book. With this book I am on my way to mending my body ailments. My son introduced me to Dr Sebi's products. I am looking forward to my other books soon.
