Business InformationPayment policy
Well, obviously eBay is set up for PayPal. I prefer it if only because it makes everything faster for buyer and seller. Bidding closes, buyer pays in the next few minutes, I wrap, package and address that night and mail it the next day. I don't have to worry about the payment clearing and I have the mailing address right there.
If you can't or won't use PayPal, you can use a USPS Money Order, mail it to me and I will ship the item once I cash it. OK?
Shipping information
I ship as fast as possible. Within 2 biz days. All the items are easy for me to ship except the vinyl L.P.s. The only viable and secure way to ship them is for me to construct the mailing shipper/box myself. It takes time and I charge a handling charge for it, included in the shipping price.
Return policy
That would be a yes and a no. I will mark the items thru the listing page as it's applicable.
My Handling Charges
My feed back is a 100%, but looking at the details, I see I don't get a 100% on my shipping charges. I know no one wants to pay handling charges, I certainly don't. Please understand that I am not a store, nor a power seller. I'm not standing at a counter when an item sells, ready to pack and ship. Have you been to the post office lately? Geezz. With the wrapping and packing, bubble wrap, tape, paper, labels, ordering USPS boxes, traffic and gas, standing in line, postage, insurance, etc. Don't forget the eBay fees and the PayPal fees too. I will lose money if I don't cover some of that with the handling charge. I HAVE lost money in the past when an item sold for $6.00 or less. Thats one of the reasons I rarely list .99 cent items anymore. So my handling charge isn't to make more money. So please understand the nature of the total shipping charge.
About the quality of the items I sell
I work very hard at truly representing the items I sell. I try to research them all so I can give you the pertinent info. I just started using Auctiva so I can put a lot of pictures up to show all facets of the item. Look at my feedback. (I am using a Mac computer and Auctiva has some incompatibility problems with it, like using the sellers profile options, so if any body can help me with that it would be very cool.)
