eBay My World: horsesnkids( 1661)

I have 2 dogs, and multiple horses and cats, 2 daughters who are growing up fast! I lost all of my glassware in the May 25, 2008 tornado. I am lucky to have the family and the dogs, plus 2 cats that returned, and most of the horses.

I used to sell vintage glassware, until in 2007 I realized you could hardly sell anything on ebay anymore. My sales fell though the floor. Ebay used to generate enought income so I could stay at home with my girls. After 6 years of running a profit, I lost money for the first time in 2007, and by 2008 I had stopped selling. Now I hear it is worse, so my selling days are mostly over.

Mostly buying to replace items lost in the tornado at this point. If ebay changes their search to the new one, I will probably stop and I can't find what I want with the new search.

I used to collect Fenton and cream and sugar sets. The tornado of May 25, 2008 destroyed it all, and I haven't the heart to start again. I am however collecting a few Painted Ponies.

I started on Ebay to clean out the closets and clear out some of my moms old stuff. It became a way for me to stay at home with my girls. I didn't make big money, just enought to pay my little bills, put gas in the car, and to keep on hitting those yard sales! Sales have dropped into the gutter, so very little selling these days!

If I should sell something, it is PayPal only!

All glassware items are shipped via Priority Mail. Insurance is strongly recommended. I package with great care, usually using a layer of bubble wrap, a double layer of newspaper and finishing with yet another layer of bubble wrap. Please do not ask me to ship via another provider, I have no easy access to other shippers, and I find that UPS is seldom a good deal anyway.

I do not accept returns. I inspect my items with care, both visually, and with glassware, I also run my fingers over the whole piece. I describe each item as honestly as possible.
