Sanford and Son - The Complete Series (DVD, 2008, 17-Di
3 of 5 found this helpful Redd Foxx is SANFORD AND the SON is Lamonte. They act as father and son in this funny show where they own a junk yard and are always trying to get money and come up fast and thinking of ways to get rich on the fly, but their get rich quick schemes only end up getting them into more trouble and more in debt. Its funny because they are in constant comical disagreement and argueing with eachother about any and everything imaginable. I think its Sanfords sarcasticness is what makes this show so funny. Like whenever Lamonte threatens to leave the business, Sanford will say he is having a heart attack to make Lamonte change his mind and stay. I believe this show aired for about 4 - 6 years. Its a good comedy show I enjoyed as I was growing up.
