I try very hard to describe all items accurately and get them to you as soon as possible. As I know myself I am always anxious to get things that I have ordered. Please know I will treat you like I would like to be treated as a customer.

I try to list and photograph any flaws although I may miss one or two but please know it was not intentional. My home is smoke free but not pet free. Please keep in mind my items come from all over the place. I do not sell anything that has odors(unless noted), is dirty or partly broken.

Paypal is the only form of payment I will except. You need to have a paypal account to purchase anything from me. Payment is due within 4 days of end of auction unless it is buy it now-then payment is due immediately, most of the time. Unpaid items will be reported to ebay on 5th day, before which I will send a reminder notice or unless other arrangements have been made BEFORE the purchase of any products. I need to do this to recoup my fees that I pay to ebay and paypal to list. I will try to do everything before filing at the resolution center but if I don't hear from and you do not answer my email this is all I can do. COMMUNICATION is all I ask for and everything will be fine. I think communication is the best way to a good sale and a good purchase.

All orders have delivery confirmation which will be sent to you when I print label. Generally items are shipped priority mail or first class- if 13 ounces or less.Please do not ask me to change classes of mail. I mail priority as boxes are free and this allows me to keep shipping prices down. Priority mail does not always mean a priority mail box as some items will not fit properly into a priority mail sized box.
