I'm not sure why this seller had negative feedback in the past. This experience has been nothing but positive. I asked him if he could ship this FedEx Ground, as I have continual problems with UPS. He was able to change that, and I got the computer in three days. Everything was packaged well, came as advertised, as a brand new computer with the hour meter showing at 0.
