Great experience. Recommend other to get for a lab enviroment
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great system for those studying for CCNA/CCNP/CCIE. Once upgraded to 256Dram and 32Flash this product can run 12.4(X) Cisco IOS. Installing a WIC-2T and you have a full fledged Blue Print V4 Router. Once you upgrade it your total spec are 2x128 = 256Mb of DRam and 32Mb + the 16Mb hardwired with the mother board = 48MB. Some people asked me to give a fair value of these routers, So i came up with this ebay average for a lab 2621xm router.
BootRoom Upgrade 12.2(8r) = 8.99
Max Flash(48)/Dram Bundle(256) = 32.00
2x Wic 2T = 58.00
DTE/DCE Cable = 8.00
Cisco Baseline 2621xm = 100.00
