Ordered an item from this seller which never arrived. Sent a few messages asking for the tracking number, as the listing clearly stated it would be sent 2nd class signed for. Turns out the seller did not post using sign for or tracked at all. It was only after I raised a case with eBay did the seller finally respond to my messages. I was finally refunded on the day that eBay would have stepped in and automatically refunded me. It took a lot of my time and messages to get the issue sorted out!
