Wild Rice And Presents is our online store that comes from 2 family owned gift stores in Cook MN. The Human Touch, and Wild Rice and gift stores, have been in business for 16 years. We live near a beautiful Lake Vermilion. We are open all year round.

Cook MN is a small town near Lake Vermilion. We started in a one room small shop taking in consignment made crafts, hence the name of the first store- The Human Touch( no not a massage parlor, it came from Springsteens just released album Human Touch). We got up to 500 different crafters, and it became to much. A lot of work goes into consignment. So we ventured out to the buyers mart and increased the size of our store, slowly descreasing in consignments. We added an old finnish made log building to our store collection. It used to be the old American Legion. You can feel the history in that building, and started our 2nd store- Wild Rice and Gifts. Both very different and unique stores. It's taken alot of time and effort to make them what they are today. If you ever make it up to visit Lake Vermilion, and come to our stores, I promise you will be met with a smile and a welcome
