Nothing irritates me more than finding a great price on an item here and then an obscene amount tacked on for shipping and handling. There seems to be some categories that folks seem to think it is worth 15 or 20 dollars to send you something that you know only costs 7 or 8 bucks to send. So as a seller I only charge actual honest shipping charges to your location. My philosophy is that if you are nice enough to shop and buy my auction, I will supply the box, some padding, and a little bit of my time to package it properly and get it to the post office. Some of you out there, especially that sell high dollar electronics....that is what insurance is for....charging 20 bucks handleing just because you have to carefully pack it.....shame on you! LOL :-)

I determine whether or not to accept returns based on what I am auctioning. Usually I give a 3 day return policy but usually list postage as nonrefundable. Also, because of the fact that I do truly charge exact cost of shipping I have to charge 5-10% handling for returns in order to recoup lost listing fees, etc. Therefore I do always encourage folks to contact me and/or be sure they want an item prior to bidding. I'm not in business so hidden unknown damage from a manufacturer is generally not a problem with my auctions (of course in those rare items like that I would not charge for factory defects)and I always strive to give as complete and honest description as possible. So anyway....this is my philosophy on here. Sort of the Golden Rule approach. Happy bidding and everyone have a great EBAY day!
