We have been in the needlework business for almost 30 years. Our physical store is near Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH. We specialize primarily in fine needlework supplies for needlepoint and cross stitch. Please contact us if you are looking for something in particular or obscure as we have a large inventory of fibers, books and canvases that we couldn't possibly list in the ebay store. For many years we also carried knitting and crocheting supplies so will be selling some of those things as well.

We prefer payment by Paypal and can accept all major credit cards and debit cards over the phone. If paying by Paypal we will ship only to a confirmed address. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.

I generally ship within two days of receipt of payment. Within the U.S. a single chart will be mailed using regular mail in a large envelope. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items. For larger quantities of charts I use priority mail in a flat rate envelope with a tracking number. You may purchase insurance for articles and I encourage you to do so. If you prefer some method other than the USPS please contact me via email to make arrangements. For international shipping contact me for actual amount.

Much of what we sell is copyrighted material so is not returnable. For those things that are not we will refund your money if the items are not as we described. Please contact us before returning any item.
