I love to garden! I am would probably be considered a fanatic when it comes to gardening. We raise a vegetable garden and I can these delicious fruits of our labor. I also have 2 water gardens with goldfish and Koi. I have multiple kinds of plants, flowers, herbs growing everywhere!

I have been in a whirlwind lately as my husband and I have decided to take in a 17 yr old that is pregnant by my husbands 2nd cousin. Her mother passed away and her father is in jail and the county has had me run all over the place for a home inspection, background checks, etc. and I spent all day today at the court house waiting for them to look up the laws to see if they could even give me custody of her beings that I am unrelated. It has just been crazy! Luckily the judge did grant me emergency custody so she can get the prenatal care she needs. Her doctor wouldn't do anything without a guardians signature except bloodwork to prove pregnancy. So I am grateful that she is getting a 2nd chance and a fresh start with our family. Hopefully we can get her on the right track!
