ebay policy states i should receive a full refund if item is delivered as not described ? attached photos clearly show the christmas shirt is of very poor Quality ? seller negotiated a 70 % settlement which i accepted ?? seller should obide by ebay policy and give 100 % refund when buyer is not at fault ! rectifiing a problem by going to the source of the problem is by far a better way of running a bussiness - to the seller i hope my comments help you build trust with potential buyers
