During the shipping process the USPS somehow put a huge gash in the side of the Flat Rate Priority box. Amazingly, all of the contents were still inside. I'm *so* glad that the items arrived safely, albeit in a thrashed package. I take packing & wrapping pretty seriously so despite USPS's best efforts of crushing & smashing our items, they arrive at the buyer's doorstep safely. In the last 2-3 weeks I have parted ways with close to 200 packages & the failure rate of the USPS is totally abysmal. Sadly, they're the least expensive option to ship & I try to keep customers happy with very low pricing. Thank you for your business & positive feedback!!
