Shipping information
Shipping charges are always based on actual costs. I NEVER add excessive fees and use come on penny opening bids. Isn't it bad enough that the postal charges are constantly going up? Too many sellers start a bid at .01 and charge $6.98 for shipping of a pair of earrings which only costs (in a plain envelope a $1.to$1.50) Is that OUTRAGEOUS, yes. I deplore sellers who are constantly abusing buyers and avoiding Ebay final value fees.
