My husband is active duty military (Army) and we currently reside in sunny Arizona.I decided to start my on-line business ibuybyweb.com, ibuybyweb4decor.com and sell on Ebay because this is something that can move with us and it enables me to be home for my 2 children, Terinna age 4 and Ryen age 3.

Payment policy
Please provide your telephone # and a physical address upon payment. Payment is accepted by PayPal, we also accept payment via telephone using credit card or debit card with a credit card logo to confirmed address only. Payments via telephone are secured by PayPal. If this item is listed as an auction, please contact us within 2 days at the end of auction. If you are not paying by PayPal or via telephone, we will accept Money orders only, No Personal checks please! Payment must be received within 10 days after the auction has ended.

Shipping information
The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. Any shipments sent to ALASKA, PR or HAWAII please request a shipping quote and remember to include city, state and zip code. After receiving payment, item is shipped within 3 business days (for most items see individual listing for a more accurate shipping time). For ground shipping please allow item/items 3-10 business days. Sorry no shipments to PO Box or APO/FPO address at this time.

Return policy
Return authorization number required. Items that are initially defective within 14 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (including insurance at full value) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and shipping is non-refundable (waived on exchanges). Must be returned in the original box with all parts and manuals. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable) but we will assist in the damage claim process.
