You not only sold an ice maker to me, you spoke with me several times on the phone and via email giving me detailed instructions on how to remove the old ice maker and install the new one. At your own expense, you phoned me 3 times. When ice wasn't dropping right away, I thought my installation had gone wrong. You assured me I did nothing wrong and that if we didn't have ice within a couple of hours that you would send another ice maker priority mail. Doing business with you reminds me of the way the consumer was treated 50 years ago, with respect and with honesty. I am not one to say much when I leave feedback except for the occasional comment about the speed or accuracy of the goods received.
