Each item we sell includes the full manufacturer's warranty with access to service centers located across the USA. Your online bill is your proof of purchase. Open box items are those that are either not purchased, or purchased & returned, which cannot be sold as new. They are sent back to the manufacturer to be refurbished. Demonstration units are also returned unsold & are considered factory refurbished. These units are inspected, tested, & repackaged. The item is then completely inspected by the manufacturer to ensure it meets ALL original factory specifications and is quality checked again before being shipped to us. Factory refurbished items have a very low return rate because they have been checked twice for quality by the manufacturer.
