Shipping may be overcharged at times due to what item it is and how it is packed. Own materials are used for shipment so I do charge for that and distance traveled to post office. No returns. I think it's time consuming for me and the customer to go through returning processes. So I do my best to describe the item as is. I do not sell items that cannot be used or is broken. On VERY RARE cases do I offer refund, because all items are as described, no sneaky business.
