I am a single Mom with 4 beautiful children, Sara, Ryan, Shane and Taylor Ann, in that order. Only the baby is still at home. I own and operate a small thrift shop with the same name in Idyllwild California, located in the mountains above Palm Spring

It's a thrift shop, so the list is broad and long. Always, high quality though. I like to find and then sell, unique things, vintage, antique stuff, of all kinds, Jewelry, glassware, pottery, dishes, furniture, collectables, books, movies, dvd's, vhs, clothing, hats, purses/handbags, totes, luggage, toys, electronics, games, art, figurines, sculptures. Every day stuff too, cookware, kitchen utensils, crock pots, blenders, mixers, toasters, coffee makers, linens, sheets, bath towels, toss pillows, bric a brac, Much more !!!

Quality, used/new stuff, I can make a reasonable profit on. What catches my eye at the moment, or speaks to me in some way. . .Part of what I do is like art I think !!!

Not much for myself anymore a thrift shop over-takes your whole life with stuff. I still love, chickens, roosters, and my home is a mish mosh of, old furniture, and, Native American Indian, to many, Maja's, if that is possible LOL

I love to read, but not much time these days. I like to read, mysteries and crime dramas. Jeffery Deaver, Tammi Hoagg.

I know it's wierd for a female but I like action films with a twist of dry comedy. True Lies, ( I love the dance scenes )

I like almost all kinds of music, if I picked a favorite I guess it would be old rock n roll. Neil Young, Bob Seiger, ect. I also love, Indian flute, Carlos Regosa

On a whim, I opened my Highway store front in October of 2006. It consisted of a small shed and a few boxes of junk I rounded up from friends and family. I was in real estate at the time and thought it would be fun to do on the weekends. Little did I know it would become a real business 3 buildings over flowing onto the parking area and open 5 and 6 days a week 10 to 6. My main source of imcome since real estate is not to prosperous these days where I live. The current economy has admitedly effected my business a bit.
