I'm an Australian-born Houstonian. Been here most of my 47 years and although I love it, I'm looking to move to NC within the next 2 years. I'm a 2 time cancer survivor, now surviving with RA, Fibromyalgia and Scleroderma. LIFE is good!

Holiday decor-WAY too much of it. I had to get offsite storage for all the stuff after I ran out of room at my house, and my mom's! Hummels, Swarovski, Sabino, ex-husbands, cats, plants, junk mail.

I am a part time storm chaser. As in tornadoes and hurricanes. No, I do not have a death wish, it's just fascinating to me. I also volunteer with the Red Cross in disaster services. All of my stuff is either mine, my mom's or my stepmom's. We've gotten to the point in all of our lives that we have collected WAY too much stuff and are having to liquidate not only for the cash, but for the space. When you fill up 3 houses, 3 offsite storage spaces, and 3 garages, it's time to re-evaluate what you really MUST keep vs. what you're keeping in the hope your children will want it.

Most of my stuff will be shipped in USPS Priority Mail boxes unless I find it more economical for my buyers to use a different unmarked box I have on hand. I refuse to cut costs by using less packing material or a smaller box simply to make it cheaper for my buyers. If their purchase arrives broken because it was cheaper to scrimp, did either or us really save any money? I don't think so. I'd rather OVERpack than UNDERperform.

Make sure you get delivery confirmation. I'll refund you YOUR purchase price but not the shipping charges you paid to get your purchase to you. It's not rocket science.
