I started making jewelry right on the beach in New Jersey. After 2 successful seasons, and working for an internet bead company, I started making jewelry for my own website and selling on ebay. I had to take a year off when I had a stroke, but now fully recovered, I am able to produce new designs on a regular basis.
Payment policy
There is nothing as good as PayPal, for doing business on the internet. I have even switched my website to Paypal because of the ease of integration.
Shipping information
I am of the mind that USPS is still the best shipping bargain going. I got burned on insurance claims and now only use delivery confirmations. I use stamps.com from my home to avoid going to the post office. It's great.
Return policy
I maintain my return policy of returning the goods within 7 days of the end of the auction. I will refund your money through Paypal. I have only had 2 occasions since 2001 to refund anyone any money. I believe that any situation can be resolved to the benefit of everyone if we communicate.
