After 22 years in the clothing business as a buyer, store/district manager and salesperson, I decided I'd had enough of the retail business...standing on my feet for endless hours...dealing with customers face-to-face...50+ hour workweeks...through fateful circumstances I found myself jobless and decided to stay home and turn my part time eBay business into a full time venture...to be able to stay at home and live a more peaceful life...well I have been blessed...

i usually use USPS Priority...definitely ship no later than 36 hours after payment is received/cleared...almost always 24 hours...mostly same day...

sorry, but i don't do returns simply because you didn't like it or it didn't fit...i try to paint a mental picture of each item i list for auction...accurate description and measurements...i don't leave any room for questions, usually...if i've made an error or misrepresented the item in any way, of course, returns are welcome...please read my feedback...i pride myself on my outstanding customer service...

i measure all items laid flat on the floor...my suggestion for you to determine if an item will fit: choose an item from your closet that is similar in style and fits well...measure it and compare with my measurements...you won't have any problem with fit if you use this method...

one reason i love natural fibers [cotton, rayon, linen, silk, etc] is they'e so easy to clean...OXY CLEAN spray/powder/soak work great on most spots...DAWN dish liquid is the ONLY thing to get grease out...ZOUT and SHOUT ADVANCED are unbelievable on old spots...don't be afraid to try and get spots out...don't you just hate it when you wear something for the first time and slop something nasty on it...you never think it will come out, but you would be amazed...clothing is far too expensive these days to wear something once and discard it just because you spilled...so that's my lecture for today :-)
