InterestsHobbies
When i'm not quilting or sewing,
I love to crochet with 100% cotton yarn. I crochet dishclothes,
dish towel toppers,
kitchen sink scrubbies,
bath scrubbies,
back scrubbies...I also love to find second hand fabric for sale at yard sales,
estate sales,
garage sales,
basemant sales,
Goodwill,
Salvation Army,
or any where else. I think it is important to use and recycle vintage unused fabric that is no longer wanted by other people and put it to good use rather than it go to the landfill. Favorite Books
Business InformationHistory/background
I highly value my customers! I am an experienced eBay seller and quilter that you can trust. I have been quilting for many years. My quilts and handmade items have been ordered and purchased for wedding gifts, given to and purchased by family & friends, donated, and used in cancer awareness auctions...See my feedback and bid with confidence. Good news!!! Due to customer requests and better health choices, my entire home is a smoke free environment as of December 2008! My handmade items are personally made by me and the listing description will state anything contrary to this. My sewing room has always been a non-smoking room, it is however pet friendly. I do my best to use lint rollers on my handmade fabric items and ship with fragrant dryer sheets. My new and vintage fabric supply is purchased from a variety of sources and the storage method/odor exposure of vintage fabric prior to my purchasing it, is usually unknown. Once I have purchased the fabric, it is stored in my sew

Hanmade Fabric Item Care
Washing your handmade fabric item is best done with a mild soap in a front loading machine, by hand (soak), or on gentle cycle in a top loader if you must. It is always best to let handmade fabric items dry on a flat surface or use low-medium heat in your dryer (avoid high heat). Clothes pins from line drying could distort your handmade fabric item, especially if it is a heavy quilt...Please be very careful when drying with this method. These tips will ensure the longest possible life span of your handmade fabric item.
