We do not charge p&p on most items.

As we are selling only brand new products, in original packaging, sealed and unused - we are not able to test them before sale. In the unlikely event that products sold by us will appear to be faulty on arrival, email us within 2 working days from delivery date, and we will give you special reference number and ask you to send it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance We will send you a working replacement within a period of 2 days, after the returned item is tested by us and accepted as faulty. Please note that we cannot refund an item if the security seal has been broken on the CD package. The item listing policy overrides this policy.
