I am not a professional seller, just an ordinary person making room. Any item listed has been purchased by me, and I do not condone the sale of anything fake. I will not carry or use anything that is fake. I do not work for a COACH store (I dont think I could afford it) but mostof my COACH items have been purchased at the COACH store. They know me personally (or at least my card) I can usually drum up the original receipts and tags, so if you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Paypal. I would expect you to submit payment within seven days per ebay policy. If you need more time to pay please message me before bidding. I am also a buyer and I do know that sometimes things happen. Its OK. Just let me know. We will try to work something out.

I will ship quickly after I verify payment. I will always package well. I hate it when I get something and its flopping around in the bag. I like to take good care of my things (even if they are going to be someone else's things soon) I dont charge a handling fee... and sometimes I dont even charge enough shipping charges. Remember, anything over 13 ounces has to be mailed priority mail or parcel post. Then the cost is done by zones, so if you think I charge too much shipping, please check USPS. My first go round with selling, I undercharged shipping costs by over 20.00. It may not sound like much, but after ebay listing charges, final value fee charges, paypal charges (lots of charges) it adds up. I will ABSOLUTELY combine shipping charges-Flat rate priority boxes are fantastic! You can fit all sorts of things in there, and the weight doesnt change the price. No extra charges, per item charges. If it fits in the box, thats the cost! Insurance will be included for purchases over $100

I will take a return, but I hope you'll love anything you buy from me =) You will need to pay shipping to get an item that wont work for you back to me and I will return the item selling price minus 20% to cover my expenses and time. I am a fair and conscientious person, so if you have a problem please let me know. I would hope other people would do the same for me.

Ebay messaging or email at imotoxgirl@aol.com. Messaging is better because sometimes the email gets mixed up in spam and I usually delete them not realizing its a real email. If it has been longer than 24 hours (most emails are returned within hours) you may be in my spam folder so try messaging. I try to check it throughout the day while I have active auctions, or waiting for the delivery status of mailed packages. I do leave feedback as a seller when the package is shown as delivered per USPS, or when feedback is received. As a buyer, I leave feedback upon receipt of the item.
