I had to cancel an order due to the delivery address . Then I reordered. The order was late so I reached out to the seller. They told me the order had been cancelled. I told them that the charge was still on my card and it might have been a mixup from the prior order and they leapt into action and got the order going and gave me extra packs of the item. You can’t avoid problems, but you can deal with them fairly and swiftly. That’s great customer support!
