We accept all methods and forms of payment via Paypal. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank transfers. If using any other payment than Paypal, please contact us first for payment instructions, as well as allowing us to pull your selected item(s) from our inventory. If paying by check or money order, it is our policy that these methods of payment clear and post to our account, prior to shipping your item(s).

We ship Standard Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail, UPS, and Fed Ex. If you request a different method of shipment other than the ones named above, please feel free to contact us with your request prior to checkout and we will gladly ship it to your standards and method of shipment.

It is Imperio Enterprises Company policy to provide a return policy. In the unfortunate incidident of recieving a damaged product(s) during shipment, please contact us for instructions as well as a Return Address and Return Authorization Number before returning the product. Failure to do so will result in non-replacement of the item, and/or the qualification of a refunded payment. In the event you decided that you do not want the item due to your own reasoning, Imperio Enterprises Company charges a 20% restocking fee and the customer pays for the shipment of the item back to our location.
