I grew up on a farm and then went into Vet. Medicine for 12 years. I then changed careers and went into Law Enforcement. Right now I do a lot of community relation programs, after my time on the road, and I am currently studying computer forensics.

I sell Softpaws primarily. However, from time to time I will offer different pet supplies, i.e. toys, games, and accessories. I am in the process of developing my new creation, Collar Covers which is in addition to my cat toy, Kitty Flirts. I also like to sell things that I come across and think are a good deal that I can pass along to someone else i.e. Dooney & Bourke, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, leather purses / handbags, and designer clothes.

I will buy random things that I may need but can't find other places. I like antiques, unusual items, purses, photo equipment, and audio. I will also buy eBay supplies here to promote our community.

Pheww, I collect so much. I am big into arts and crafts and I usually have 10 different projects going at once, knitting, crocheting, candle making, beading, stone polishing, jewelry making, and needle point. You name it I have probably tried it.

I offer New In Box product. I DO NOT change the glue that the manufacturer recommends and supplies with the kit. My product comes straight from the manufacturer to you and is NEVER opened. This is VERY important as there are others who do not adhere to my strick business policies and try to make lite of what could be a health risk for your pet. Bid with confidence when you do business with me. I worked in the field of Veterinarian Medicine for over a decade. My number one concern is your pet's well-being. I started using Softpaws back in 1995 when I managed a humane society low cost medical facility. I saw a need for a humane alternative to declawing and discovered Softpaws. It is a great product. It has helped with destructive behavior and saved many a cats lives. I would not offer a product on eBay that I would not use myself. I've also worked a lot of odd jobs, grave plots, waitress, electronical engineering assistant, I did the lights on the ferris wheel at Morey's Peirs in Wildwood, NJ, pet shop, clothes store... I am a proud mother of a 15 year old boy and we just acquired 2 members to our family Mugsy and Snickers who are rats. They REALLY do make the best pets.

I prefer Paypal, however I will accept money orders and checks.

Shipping is currently USPS, but I am researching other options. S/H fees are not just the cost of shipping, but my time designing, listing, ordering, mailing products, material, and associated fees i.e. eBay and Paypal. Those who don't sell on eBay don't realize that eBay charges to list a product and takes a portion of the ending value. In addition Paypal charges a portion of the amount that you pay. It can add up quite quickly. Shipping is usually within 2 days of payment receipt. However, there are times that unexpected high volume orders occur and I may temporarily be out of a particular color. That is why I ask for First and Second choice. I will notify you if this situation occurs and I have at times been known to refund partial S/H fees as a goodwill gesture. My number one priority is making the consumer happy.

I will accept returns for 7 days from the date of shipment. What that means to you is that you have an opportunity to receive the product and if you don't like it you can return it. I will refund the value of the closing auction, NOT S/H fees. S/H fees are fees that for the most part of I not recoupe.

ALL the clothes I offer are from a smoke free environment and are in perfect condition. I try to stick to products that are New With Tag. I will NEVER sell a product that I myself would not use.

Handbags are a different story. I may offer a very expensive purse that is in fair condition but has a lot of life in it. I also offer New With Tag items as I find them at deeply discounted rates. Pass it forward is my policy.
