in-weave is an independently owned fabric and hand-woven rug store in a small town in Northwest Iowa. Everyone who works here is a fabriholic-we LOVE looking for a wide variety of fabrics and we try to keep our prices reasonable so you can indulge!

in-weave has been in operation since 1990. It began with a single loom in one building. Hand-woven rugs were offered for sale in the store and at rug shows throughout the upper Midwest. Then we expanded into fabric for weavers and crocheters - fabric sold by the pound (mill ends). In searching out those fabrics, we made contact with a variety of mills and wholesalers. When the variety store next door closed, we expanded into their building and began to offer fabric for sale by the yard. In 1998, we added our website serving mostly crocheters and weavers. In 2002, we began offering fabrics for sale on eBay. We offer most of our fabrics by the yard so that the customer is able to choose the length they want. Since most of our customers purchase multiple yardage, we use shipping charts instead of a calculator. This allows us to offer you the best shipping rates we can on purchases of multiple yards (you only have to pay for the weight of one box or package).

PayPal. For those who prefer to pay by phone, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express by telephone to our store (1-800-646-9328 or 712-551-1523) (9:30 to 5 Central time preferred). We also accept cashier's checks and money orders. Please make them payable to in-weave and mail them to in-weave, Attn: Janet, 823 Central Avenue, Hawarden, Iowa 51023.

We use the US Postal Service, UPS and Spee-Dee Delivery service (upper Midwest). We ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays, snowstorms, etc.). We try very hard to ship your item(s) the same business day that you pay for them or the next business day. If you pay by 5 p.m. Central on Thursday, your fabric will usually be shipped on Friday. If you pay after 5 p.m. on Thursday, we try to get it shipped on Friday but Janet (who does our listings, answers e-mails, etc.) doesn't work on Fridays. She usually sends us the info through e-mail but sometimes she gets busy or we get busy in the store and can't get it shipped. If you buy and pay for something on a Thursday night and absolutely need it shipped on Friday, please call us. We are in a small town in Iowa. We DO NOT have overnight express mail service. We can ship overnight (or 2-day or 3-day) using UPS - please ask us for a quote if you need something quickly.

We generally do not accept returns and never accept returns without authorization from us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before taking any other action. Please keep in mind that monitors vary -- we try to describe fabric and colors in addition to picturing them. Please ask if you have questions or feel free to request a sample (e-mail us at inweave2@acsnet.com or through the eBay system). If you need a sample, please be sure to include YOUR MAILNG ADDRESS and the ITEM NAME/NUMBER. If you are requesting more than one sample, please ask for them all in ONE e-mail -- it makes it so much easier for us. We provide this service without charge -- please help us keep it that way by only requesting samples that are of serious interest to you and by including all of the necessary information in your first e-mail.
