I ordered these heads and was a little skeptical because the price was fairly cheap. When I received them one of them was messed up, but Jim was a man of his word, and made it right. He sent me out a replacement head at his cost, which ended up as a loss on the entire sale for him, but he still made it right. Very good seller A+++++

Outstanding transaction. Jim worked through difficult issues to get this transmission to me without a hitch. The terminal was close to my home and that whole evolution from paperwork to load out to on the road took...15 minutes. The transmission itself was as it was removed from the donor vehicle and complete. This guy has the good stuff and at a reasonable price. I looked at his ebay site and theres excellent parts for all kinds of vehicles. Jim brings back the old school work ethics.
