History/background
I have been in sort of an E-bay slump. It is very hard to please everyone, all the time. I went for over a year with no negative feedback and, BAM, I got 4 in one month. It is not that I have changed anything I do, but there is a unique reason why each one occured, and I would have certainly loved to work with these customers to releive the problems, I really was not given the chance. However, I promise to bring you high quality gift items at low cost and will ship them safely and quickly, just check all the positive feedback.

Payment policy
I prefer Paypal, only because it is fast and easy. I do, however, accept personal checks, which must clear before product is shipped, and money orders.

Shipping information
Unless there is something unique, I always use USPS Priority. It's fast and professional.

Return policy
Customer pays S&H fees for returns unless there is a defect in the product. If someone was really dissatisfied with their purchase, I would certainly try to work it out so both parties are happy. No one has ever been unhappy with their purchase from me.
