Our shipping charges include handling charges such as packing materials, printing, labeling, admin, packing labor and other miscellaneous fees involved. We normally process and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours of the time it was received. However, during peak holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas) that time may be extended to no more than 48 hours due to increased order volume. Domestic shipping charges is :$3.25 for each item (for single brush, & jewelry), $2.75 - $3.00 (for cosmetics) add $1.00 - $2.00 for each additional item (depending on the item). We have a different shipping and handling charges for Item being sold in LOT quantity. We combine shipping for multiple purchases from multiple listing.

We offer no return for make-up & brushes for health reason. There is no way for us to tell whether the items have been used or not ~ we can't take a chance. JEWELRY : Return is accepted within 6 days of receipt. Please email us prior to return, other wise return won't be accepted. Return item must be shipped with delivery confirmation. All returned item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unopened. Some of our jewelries come wit gift box, please return the jewelry with the gift box that comes with it. We are not responsible for shipping fee that occurs due to return. We will refund the cost of the item only (shipping fee is not refundable) 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned item.
